Asthma
Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease which causes swelling and narrowing of the airways. This swelling further makes the airways extremely sensitive to stimuli and causes them to become more narrow which obstruct the air flow.

- Stress
- Hereditary factors
- Environmental factors
- Respiratory infections
- Allergens like dust, pollens etc.
- Irritants like strong odors, fumes or smoke etc.
Symptoms:
- Coughing
- Weakness
- Difficult breathing
- Noises in the chest
- Feeling of tightness in the chest
Other Allergies
Allergy is an abnormally high sensitivity to certain substances like pollens, strong smell, foods, dust etc.Allergies can result in sneezing, runny nose, itching, rashes, swelling or asthmatic problems.
Nasal allergies are very common allergies especially among children which are caused by inhaled substances.

- Watery nose
- Nasal polyps
- Nasal congestion
- Excessive sneezing
- Itching in nose including throat and ears
